I really like this book. Lost 20 lbs pretty easily. Great menus to follow and grear recipes

This book has a realistic approach to weight loss with a good diet and exercise plan. The diet and exercise plans are easy to follow and effective. I have lost 5 pounds already! The only downside is the book got boring at times.

I've never been to a curves, but this book has some great dieting tips and has worked great for my mom so I decided to give it a try. For the price you really can't go wrong by checking it out.

This was a book that I had used once and missplaced or lent to a friend. I love the menu's in this book.

Not too impressed. Was expecting a much glossier product. It is a long read and did not really inspire me. I thought it would be more like the manual they have at the classes which can only be obtained by recommending new members. Seems a pity but perhaps that is more my fault than theirs
