Good choice for rec use boards
These tips match the size and design from versions I had 20 years ago that seem to work the best. Last longer, can be straightened out, and pull out of the board much better than others. Very rare to get a broken tip. No problems on Arachnid boards.

Not as good as I had hoped
We had gotten a viper electronic dart board that came with some cheap darts. The tips kept breaking off no matter how gentle or what method I tried to remove the darts from the board. I bought some better quality darts with these tips with the hope that the tips on these wouldn't break as much. Well, they don't break AS much, but they definitely still break....again, no matter how gently I try to remove them. Maybe I'm the problem.

Tried 3 others with disappointing results before finding these ones
I have a Viper 850 dart board. Once I had blown thru all of the tips that came with it, I tried three different tips from Amazon before I finally tried these. With all of the other tips, the darts stick into the board so hard that you have to use two hands and really pull on them to get them to release. This can't be good for the longevity of the dartboard, and it definitely diminishes from the fun of playing darts. I can't speak for any other dartboards, but I have learned my lesson after wasted time and money. If you have a Viper dartboard, just buy the Viper tips - they are much better than others that I have tried. If you have a different board, and the darts are sticking into the dartboard too tightly, try these ones. Also, they are strong and don't bend/break easily.

Work well, they gave me a feeling that it might be too brittle but 10 days if use kids only broke 1... average they were breaking 1 every alternate day. So in short I am happy with the purchase ...
