Finally, ones like the hospital uses!!!! These are Medline ones, so I don’t know why it is not described as so. I did order Medlines ones before and they did not work, however those were 2 oz ones which could had worked for newborns or infants that did not move around much, but they were way to weak to suck a toddler’s nose. The ones here in this order I received are the 3 oz ones. They are bigger so have more suction for a toddler. It comes in individually sealed bags and looks like a sterile package, like ones hospital use. I’ve gone through 5 different ones since my little one was born and they all suck because they don’t suck well! This is better for toddler noses as the tip is a bit larger. The other one I have had bad suction and the tip was so small it kept going into my toddler’s nose and sucking the wall inside of the nose which is the inaccurate way to use it and is uncomfortable/painful. He’s okay with me using this one and doesn’t cry. I’m very satisfied that I have finally found something that work just in time for his cold. It doesn’t open up though, so beware of mold and try to clean it often.

These three ounce hand bulbs are large and sufficiently flexible. They can deliver enough water to the site of an extraction to cleanse it, and relive any discomfort caused by food particles lodged in the site. I recommend them.

My husband has problems with his ears getting stopped up, and uses these to rinse out his ears.

I ditched my fancy, expensive sinus cleansing machine and my neti pot for this 3oz bulb syringe. For me it is simpler, gives me more control, is just as effective, is more portable, and takes up less space than other methods.

I brought home the hand bulb syringe from the hospital when my son was born. The nurse told me hospital grade ones were the best. After the first year of use, I wanted to get another just for hygiene reasons. I purchased several other types of hand bulbs at local drug stores and NONE worked with the same power and capacity as my hospital one. Not until I found THIS ONE! It is perfect and exactly like the hospital one. I ordered the two pack to have a back up. I have no desire to sick my son's buggers out with my mouth using that straw contraception that is so popular now. No need to do that when this hand bulb is powerful and effective to help me help him breathe better when he has a cold.

The suction power on these isn’t great. I keep giving up and using an older smaller one.
