Not even pulled pork could move my dog
Not 5 minutes after unboxing, my pit-rhody mix was settled into the bed, apparently mesmerized by all the legroom. He soon rolled over into a position that ensured there wasn't room for sharing (see 1st pic). He attempted to remain alert, just in case any passer-by thought about sharing his new territory. Ultimately, not even food summoned him away from the bed. 15 total elapsed minutes later, we observe the 2nd photo: "zzzzzzzzzzzzz!" I suppose the honeymoon will end, but I was mainly pleased that with the XL size, there was enough room for a pit-rhody mix.If the dog was writing a review, he’d likely complain that the bed chased him when he tried to run off with the (attached) included toy. He didn't get too far; furniture was in the way. But if your big dog is particularly moose-like, consider removing the toy before presentation.

Good plush bed
Good plush bed, my pup loves it :)I have a terrier mix weighing around 15 lbs. I got the medium size. The medium size turns out to be the perfect size for my dog. It is very spacious. The bed has a good heavy feel to it. He has more than enough space to stretch out in it and even bring some toys on it. Especially he loves to rest his head on the sides. It is very plush and soft. The fabric quality looks good and I expect it to hold up for a long while. The bottom pillow can be removed and the bottom is a nonslip fabric as advertised. It stays put on our hardwood floors. The cover can be removed easily. So far I am very happy I bought this bed and my pup is too.

Good investment, well thought out design
I purchased a MEDIUM in this bed due to all the excellent reviewsI have 2 senior tibetan spaniels and hoped this bed would provide both support as well as satisfy their nesting/cuddling instincts. When I received it, it was rolled up/flattened but fluffed up over the next 24 hrs. Washing/drying the outter covering before use helps. The bed is well made (fabric and stitching) and the fabric is nice and soft but durable. The lower front entrance is excellent for smaller dogs, esp seniors, and this bed is supportive enough IMO for senior dogs. But if you were wanting a bit more orthopedic support, one could easily stuff the bottom pillow (even the sides) with shredded memory foam.Or even replace the pillow itself with a shredded memory foam pillow. The material is soft and the zippered access to the bolsters and bed pillow are all plus', esp for machine washing. For the price, it is a good bed.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because compared to Jax & Bones or Bowser dog beds, this one falls a tiny bit short.

Awesome bed, so happy I can wash the cover ...
Awesome bed, so happy I can wash the cover in the comfort of my own home! My dog obviously loves it!!! It's a little big, I went with the XL because the Large stated it would fit dogs up to 60 lbs, my dog weighs 70lbs, but clearly the Large would have been just fine.

Very good quality. We LOVE it
We are very happy with the product, our dog Kai-Leigh loves it. Very large dogs will fit and still have room . It's well constructed and made from two different materials giving it a quality appearance. The color couldn't be better. It's rady to vacuum and keep nice looking.Im very happy with it and the only thing that would make it 6 stars is being made in USA. I'm not sure where it was constructed. We usually buy the Kirkland name from Costco. They cost about 35.00, i am more than happy to pay this price for this product. Plus, its on prime. No trip to Costco. Because of free shipping.I wish I could upload a picture as Kai-Leigh is in it as I review this.

Nice size
I was worried about the size but it fits perfect. My dog is a Pittie mix, 52lbs, and the large fit great! She has extra room to spraw out. The fabric is nice and super soft. I just wish it was a bit thicker on the inside but it will do for a while :)

Where’s the stuffing? Add support
I got the XL for my 60lb dog. He likes to stretch out and the smaller bed would not accommodate that. It seems that most bed manufacturers think dogs like to sleep curled up. The bed looks good, but seems a little thin, so we shall see. I’m not a fan of the non-slip dots on the bottom, it doesn’t really make the bed non-slip. After fluffing it out it seemed soft and comfortable.......except.....where’s the stuffing? The bolsters seem to have enough stuffing and my dog uses them as a pillow, if they had more stuffing he couldn’t do that. So keep in mind that this means the bolster won’t stay upright so it just doesn’t look as good. The center pillow is seriously lacking stuffing, my dog will sink to the floor if it’s not all positioned perfectly. I have yet to find a bed that has support and is soft, so I placed this bed on top of a solid foam bed. This method gives him good support and pillow comfort. The stuffing is soft so it won’t cause uncomfortable pressure spots. With this configuration my dog is very comfortable, although nothing is better than the couch. I did buy another one because it seems to be the best pillow bed, but could use more stuffing and an orthopedic bed underneath, as well a an actual non-slip bottom. With the thin fabric I’m not sure about the long term life of this bed. It has been unzipped an run through the washer and dryer without any problems. My dog was pleased about getting a toy with his bed, but that cost could go toward improvements.
