Careless and Negligent Seller
I have purchased Ampersand floater frames before, and keep coming back to them when I need a floater frame for my artwork. They do the job well enough. Whenever I order an Ampersand floater frame, I know exactly what to expect: they come assembled and ready for use. However, this frame, a 12x16 floater in walnut finish, arrived in pieces. How could the seller have overlooked such problem is beyond my understanding. It seems to me that they simply repackaged a defective frame and sent it to me. Seriously? I am returning the pieces right away.
