Frost: Poems: Edited by John Hollander (Everyman's Library Pocket Poets Series)

Charming book with some of Frost's best loved poems, although I was sad not to see "Stopping by the woods on a snowy evening" as one of them. The book itself is a great size to fit into a small backpack or even a purse, but yet it's a good size to hold comfortably. Shipping took almost two weeks but the book is in excellent shape for being used. All in all, I'm very happy.

This was a very good collection of poetry, by the great Robert Frost. If you enjoy any of his works, or merely poetry in general, this is a good book to pick up. Five stars.

I never thought I would buy a book of poetry,but I decided that broaden my library and reading habits. One can only read so much science fiction. I am enjoying Robert Frost. So much so I'm going to explore other poets.

Delivered faster than expected. Book is in good condition other than a handwritten note on one page, but for an older used book it was worth the price. Lots of Frost's best poems in here, from " the road not taken ", to the " fire and ice " poem, it's a good collection.

This is a slim volume. The binding is a tad stiff, but the type is good and it has a ribbon to mark your page. It also contains an index of first lines. I wanted a small, handy collection of Frost to read at odd moments. This is just right for that. I am enjoying it.

Susan Jeffers has done a wonderful job of capturing the mood of Frost's poem. As my two grandaughters move on to college, I don't want them to forget about Frost. Also Nikki Giovanni's mind pictures including

I do love poems and I discovered this poet thanks to my daughter. Can't stop reading it, some poems are really stunning.

A beautiful edition with a lovely selection of poems, light and comfortable to hold. Unfortunately a real favourite "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" was not included, but I remedied that very easily by copying it out myself on one of the endpapers. Inevitably a selection is not going to include everybody's favourites, but the 84 poems here give a very good overview.
