No it has 3 discs one in a slip cover which is the third and 1/2 in the disc port plus a soundtrack code 👍

where are the codes for dlc and soundtrack, cant see to find them.

The code should be on here on the official epic store fromsoft as for the dlc it’s already on the disc just need to find it it’s quite tricky but fun to look for hope this helps
