For about ten whole minutes this cart was everything and then suddenly it wasn't. The handle broke clean off and rusted within barely even a few weeks of having it from pulling it I guess (which isnt that the point?) but that's not all that's wrong of course. The two front wheels wouldn't move smoothly and started slanting inward almost immediately despite consistently keeping everything I put in it evenly distributed and well below the weight limit. This caused me to bump into many an angry person when trying to manage this monstrosity in stores. To add insult to injury, not only did both those front wheels entirely give up on me mid-use while outside (we're talking about the wheels folded completely horizontally where they should be vertical which was a disaster), but I was never refunded when reaching out to amazon about this- who initially said they would simply refund it but then said they will only refund it once they receive the original fallen apart sorry excuse for a wagon. There is no way I will be taking the time to mail that awful hunk of junk back and it is long gone in the trash where it belongs. For the price, you might as well get a real wagon, one that actually works or at the very least somewhere with better customer service. Don't waste your time- there are better options out there. If I hadn't been so upset I might have remembered to take pictures, but trust me- this is NOT worth it.

So I love this wagon despite its few flaws. It has made easy to take the trash out on those days where more than one bag is ready to go, I also used it to haul a few things through my apt. complex, it has made my life a lot easier. My only issue with it is that the handle has some sort of holder where you can attach the handlebar so that it isn't on the floor. Well this piece isn't sturdy enough and is slowly giving up on keeping the handle in place (this review is being posted two months after purchased.) that's one minor issue I'm willing to overlook because this little wagon has been so helpful, I wish I would've purchased sooner!UPDATE: Less than a year later and the front wheel simply gave up on us on our way back.

I love my wagon cart! No assembly required and it pops open with one pull. I use it to carry items from my house to my car and from my car to the house. As a senior citizen it is helpful in so many ways.

Great wagon for getting through a professional testing day. Holds as many books as will fit without forcing. Should buy a new wagon for each test as it will start to get a wobble from the abuse. Good for many things around the house and yard. We will buy more soon.

This product has an acrid and toxic smell that won't go away and permeates any room that it is in. It makes it essential unusable if you want to store it inside. I strongly recommend finding a different product.

A much needed wagon living on the 3rd floor after grocery shopping to bring the groceries up folds to fit flat in the trunk. My mother just bought one also.

Used it right out of the box to haul items back and forth from my car to move my daughter into her apartment. It helped so much and I was grateful for the amount it could carry! Very pleased with this purchase!
