Work very well and eliminated my pain from strained back muscles . Down side peeling them off is not pleasant .

Like Fighting a Snowman with a Flamethrower
Slapped one of these on my back and immediately felt like I was being kissed by winter... and then body-slammed by the sun. It’s confusing, slightly alarming, and honestly kind of magical.The patch sticks well, delivers that signature "why does this feel illegal?" combo of freezing and fire, and somehow makes the pain disappear in the middle of it all. I don’t know how it works — probably wizardry — but my back stopped complaining, so I’m not asking questions.

Relief
Instant relief of back pain up to 8 hours. The heat level was just right. I don't actually recall a smell but if so its of menthol. Nice size patch thats easy to apply and the stickiness is just fine it does not feel as if was rolling off when moving around.

instant relief; highly portable
I use these a lot, and they are way better than the ones with lidocaine that cost so much more. They got me through a 15.5 hour flight from LAX to Melbourne when the outlet would not power my heating pad. They got me through Oogie Boogie Bash. And they get me through times when I can't bring my special pillows or heating pad. Just snap as the directions indicate, and they are easy to apply. I find removal can be an issue if they haven't been on very long because they are still quite sticky, but running some water on them helps quite a lot.From my experience, they start working in a few minutes, and they last strongly for about three hours. They are mild for about two more hours, and after that, I don't really notice anything. I have a spinal injury from being rear-ended, and the pain is constant, so I've tried a lot of things in the last 15 years.I also like that these are in a resealable pouch that can easily be tucked in a purse or maybe even a pocket, so you can take them on the go.

Perfect for large areas!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Patches are huge and stay on very well! Worked an 8 hr shift at the hospital and it stayed on no problem!
