Perfect Fit Kit
Product has a nice size spray head with a long, flexible/extendable hose. There are some plastic components that question the quality and longevity of use, but works great right out of the box – going on 3 months.

Awesome shower head
Love this shower head. Installation was easy, only issue was that the nut to attach the cord to the wall attachment kept getting cross threaded and leaked a couple of times before I got it seated correctly. Removing the flow restrictor was easy with a fine screwdriver like you would use for eye glass repair. Water pressure is amazing (massage setting feels like a fire hose) and I love the big diameter for maximum coverage. Bought this for the kids shower but my wife and I like it so much I just bought another one for our shower.

No Value for the money
Not sure about this particular company. The first shower series was returned. This item is cheap with no real quality. Light weight and it feels cheap. I'm sorry I purchased it.

This was a good purchase.
By spending the time to completely clean the old Teflon tape from the existing threads on the existing shower arm and getting four full wraps of fresh tape before mounting this new head, there were no leaks or other problems with the installation. And now that it is in place, it is working great and is exactly what it was presented to be.

Nice rain head
Really like this unit. Installation was pretty basic. Gives me the headroom I needed under the showerhead. I really like the different spray patterns, however a massaging/pulsing position would have gotten 5 stars.

origin of product!!!!!
Did quite a bit of research on the ShowerMaxx Elite to find out where it was manufactured, because I try to buy products made in the USA or Canada, especially since Covid 19!! Shower Maxx products appeared to be either made in Canada or the USA, so I purchased it!! Received it yesterday and on the box was "made in China"!!!!! I'm so pissed that I'm strongly considering sending it back!!!!!

Put hose on the right way! Nice unit!
Beautiful unit, nice hose, nice balance.I initially put the hose on backwards so it wasn't holding in the clip. I was going to write a frustrated email, but on their site, they addressed that as a common mistake.Really nice bronze hand held or bracket mounted shower.Nice metal hose. Matches bathroom perfectly. Great job.
