Love these pie weights!
Clean, ceramic balls are weighty enough to hold down your pie crust while pre-baking. These hold heat well to allow for even baking, are repeatedly reusable, durable, and easy to store. Buy once and bake forever!

Great pie weights
Excellent product, for some reason hard to find locally. I had used beans and was tired of that. Made two quiches as soon as these arrived weight is perfect, I didn’t have to clean using the parchment paper, they are much sturdier and far more stable than old beans. Easier to use, just rinse and dry, and put back in the container for the next time!

Better than beans or rice!
These are wonderful. I've used beans and rice up till now but think that the stoneware absorbs heat as well as has air circulation area that seems to help with pre baking my pie. Very happy with them and am sorry it took me so long to order them

Seems like a quality product
Received yesterday. Ordered 2 boxes and glad I did. Don't think only one box would have been enough.

Great addition to my kitchen
This is a great price for a double set. I received these as a Mother's Day gift (yes, I asked for them), and I'm glad my husband got the 2-piece set. I made a quiche, and one set would not have been enough to fill the pie shell as instructed in the recipe.

Great pie weights at a great price
I ordered these after they got a first place review on America's test kitchen. They were matched up against a variety of different weights and designs and these were what they recommended out of the entire line up. I like this show for its review and great recipes and these weights don't dissapoint. They work great. It took a while to receive them as the seller may have been out of stock. But I patiently waited and they arrived and at good discount over the same weights sold by some others at a higher price. I may order two more sets for larger pies. ATK recommends four cups of weights for a large pie tin! Which is about four boxes or so of these I believe. I started with two and that seems to work well for my quiches that require blind baking. These pans are shallower so only two boxes is sufficient.

Quantity is not enough
Although a good product, I find I need 2-3 pkgs for each pile shell.
