My Tennis Journal: The Ultimate Kaizen Tennis Journal - Finally a Tennis Journal Designed to Ensure Your Continuous Progress (Journals)

I like the idea behind this book. I think it does a good job of walking the player through their matches and even encouraging them to make practices intentional. However, I gave it four stars due to its appearance. The fonts and overall aesthetics of it look like it was designed by a middle schooler. I thought maybe I would be able to overlook this, but then I saw where it used the word, "learnt" and I was done. I kept it though because I do think it can be helpful, so I'm going to work work it to hopefully get things out of it.

Great for my kids. They’re so into keeping up with writing about their daily tennis experiences.

When the coach told my daughter to start a journal to document her lesson and tournaments, never in a million year I would imagine there is actually a journal designed for tennis player. I learned such products from my friend and got this one. I like the wording and layout. My daughter started writing summary based on what’s in the journal. I would say nice buy as it makes her think more.

But this book does not touch enough subject such as nutrition, mental toughness.
