Can you use kool bloom with ocean fox farm soil

Yes! You will only use KoolBloom in the flowering stages. It does not matter Soil , Coco , Hydroponics works with every medium!

Do you add this in with the normal mix of flora micro, grow, and bloom? Or is this to used by itself?

I use the maxi series and (grow and bloom) and I do use it with base nutrients. This product is to be used to supplement WITH base nutrients .
