Worked for me
Did it’s job. Easy to install as replacement for an older fluorescent fixture. Has a slight delay to turn on after flipping the switch but not so bad.

Bright, but a small delay in turning on
I like the brightness of this fixture and it was easy to install. The only thing I dislike is the short delay for it to come on. It takes more than a second but less than two. It is not instant on. It doesn't bother me enough to uninstall it and return it. For just under $30, it lights up our utility room well.
