I purchased these earbuds in March 2019. They worked great for months and then suddenly stopped charging in October 2019. I'm going to contact the mfg for the 1 year warranty, but I don't know how that will go since they are located in China. For the money I spent they were okay, but I expected them to last, at the very least, a whole year.Update 10/28/19: Downgrading my rating due to questionable customer service from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer since there is a 1 year warranty since they stopped charging. They were very fast with response, but I wasn't all that happy with the result. The mfg offered me a refund or replacement. I already purchased a replacement earbud set, so I asked for the refund. After asking for the refund the mfg told me they won't offer me a full refund and only 70% because the unit was used for 6 months. Um...what??? So...they offer a refund and then take it back (or at least not tell you the entire truth). This feels like a rip off to me. I won't be buying this brand again. I guess I'll get the replacement set and have two before I lose out on part of the money I spent PLUS the Square trade warranty I bought. (Which, btw, Square trade won't help you if the product fails within the 1st year which is inside the mfg warranty.)

(see below)Instructions worked well but after fourth day of usage same issue occurred with R earphone and the process was repeated to once again reconnect earphones in mono mode. Unfortunately pairing the R earphone has been a real problem and now the R earphone is useless.Fail to pair L with R(Stereo mode)1, kindly make sure your phone has turned off the Bluetooth function before L & R connected with each other, and clear the paired Bluetooth list record of Zeus Air in your phone or other devices.2, kindly make sure you have held and press the button of L and R for 20 seconds simultaneously till the indicator flashes in white and red the second time and goes out. After this reset process, put both earbuds in charging case and then take out both earbuds to have them connected to each other at first, then pair the right earbud to your device. For detail operations, kindly refer the video in our product page.(PS: The R earphone is the master one, once L and R are connected with each other, if paired with R earbuds, then L will hear the voice too.)*Since the R earphone is the master one I am now limited to only L earphone usage. R earphone will not blink anymore when pairing or turning on/off. Hoping to get a refund or replacement for what is still is a good product from Dudios.

These are the updated ones and I got a $5 off coupon so I got them for $30 and all I can say is wow. For what you get they are well worth the money! They passed the fitment test during a harsh workout and never fell out. They give you 4 different sizes of fittings to fit your ear (keep in mind you may have to use different sizes in each ear, everyone is different!)Right out of the box they were charged and at first I felt as if the sound was a little too washed out because the bass is ENORMOUS. Blows AirPod bass out of the water...that being said you may have to tweak some equalizer settings to get them just where you want them, but with that being said make sure to play them at full volume for 10-15 minutes straight to get the cones settled and stretched. Trust me sound quality improved a lot after the break in period and these will be my daily’s for a long time.Charging base has strong magnets so they won’t fall out and setup was easy out of the box. Make sure to take the right(R) one out first like it says in the instructions that way you won’t have the mono mode startup first. Controls for media management are on both sides and I like that it’s a button and doesn’t rely on accelerometers for accidental skips in music. Buy them you won’t be dissappointed.

Liked my first pair so much I IMMEDIATELY purchased a second pair. Shouldn’t have done that. I should’ve waited...They’re not bad but they do exhibit little hiccups form time to time.When on a phone call (using an iPhone 8) and prompted to enter numbers for tracking, passwords etc... the numbers are not registering on the other end. I have to switch to the phone’s speaker mid call to re-enter the numbers. Annoying.When using them (the second pair) on my Android tablet I have to reconnect them every time I begin a playback from a video source. Again, annoying.They’re great for my workouts. They fit snug in my ears and hardly ever move around.

Wow, these earbuds are amazing. Especially for the price, I would have paid 100 bucks if they were a name brand. I was connected to my phone in the basement and went up to my room upstairs and they still were playing music perfectly. That's going through 2 floors! Sound quality is excellent, the audio is well balanced, crystal clear highs, the bass is there, I'd rather have a little less bass than distortion. These don't sound tinny at all, rich, detailed, but I wish they were a little louder. Just by 20% or so, but there's no distortion either so they're probably throttled back a little for that reason. The charging case is excellent, haven't listened to the pods long enough for them to die, even 4 hours straight at one point. They're comfortable to wear, you almost forget they're there. This is my first pair of bluetooth headphones, while I've had high end wired earbuds like Bose and Shure being wire free is a weird sensation. It's like having music in your head! I would say that these are a good set for people just getting into wireless earbuds like me, I may upgrade to something more expensive in the future but not anytime soon. A improvement they could make is announcing the name of who is calling you, and also if you could select which audio went to each ear. Say of you wanted to listen to music in one ear and watch(listen to) YouTube videos in the other. Also the multifunction buttons are nice but need a volume control feature!
