OMG, Although Ive had zero issues with NM B1, as I read thru the 1 Star Reviews I thought, "WTH is everyone talking about??". So, I took a look and although my batch are small, barrel shapped, hard pressed pills (thus easy to swallow), I hadn't noticed that the Expire date was July 2024. Thank you all for your interesting comments + perspectives! Ill check out Dr.B.'s Site. I,too,follow/listen to him on YT.
