The best dried pasta
This is probably the best dried pasta I have tried. It has a wonderful tooth and the chili adds a lovely spiciness with just a touch of heat. Absolutely perfect with seafood.

Pasta is wonderful
Amazon shipped this expensive dried pasta in a plastic bag- I got 1” pieces of broken fettuccine, how stupid. The problem isn’t the product, it’s the shipping.

Quality Italian Pasta, VERY Subtle Lemon Flavor, Still Worth The Buy.
If you're looking for a bright lemon zing, you won't find it here. However, this does not diminish the quality of the pasta. The pepper flavor stands out the most, and the lemon is SUBTLE at best, but it's enough to give it more flavor than your every day boxed pasta. The texture is perfect, just enough of an 'al dente' bite even when you cook it longer (I like a more tender pasta). Would make a great scampi, or plain with butter or olive oil and some parsley.I recommend this, for sure, just don't be expecting heavy lemon flavor.

every flavor a WoW! Converted family into pasta eaters
My boyfriend thought all pasta was bland until I brought the lemon-pepper pasta home from the Pisa airport. Now, we have a dish with some variety of Morelli pasta several times a month. Every flavor is a good chew with the wheat germ component and subtle flavors. Super easy to ramp up any traditional recipe by pairing the recipe with one of the flavors and the colors make a beautiful presentation on the plate. We enjoy working our way through the varieties and ten different recipes later every one has been a Wow! It makes me happy just to open the cabinet and see you there.

Great
I like to sauté onions, garlic , mushrooms,bell peppers and tomatoes in olive oil then I pour some white wine in simmer with lid . I do add crushed red peppers and salt a wonder cheese blend. Serve over this pasta.
