Easy to use
Great in Tom yum soup. Much easier and more convenient than using lemongrass stalks

this is a good quality lemon grass oil, I use a few drops added to make thai prawn curry, smells lovely and you can taste the lemon grass

Not bad but not as strong as I thought from reading other reviews
Ok so this product isn't cheap. I thought the price would be justified if you only need to use a drop or two. So I tried to make a lemongrass fizz mocktail. I figured just a couple of drops should be enough. Maybe its my taste buds but I couldnt' taste it. It took around 6 drops to get a hint of lemongrass to my mocktail. Therefore it kinda makes this an expensive buy. Probably better to use a decent cordial or some bitters. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Okay, but not very potent
Not as strong as I was expecting, so need quite a bit to get the right level of flavour. Okay as a back up for the real thing, but better to seek that out first.
