I have had many shredders over the years and even many that I used in offices where I've worked. I would have never imagined anything could scream so loud when shredding only one document, if I had not experienced this thing. This will definitely be my only purchase from this seller. I really liked the appearance; very unusual to have wood grain color on this type of machine; but it is not a good trade-off for the horrible sound it makes when operating. I would have thought there was something wrong with it if I had not read the reviews after I tried it. Sorry I didn't read the reviews before - for this price I would have expected a really quality machine. Unfortunately, I threw away all the packing before I used it; otherwise I would have requested a return.

This does the trick for a home office. It’s a little workhorse. Though, as it states in the product description, it will stop after several minutes of continuous use. They mean continuous, not intermittent. So, you can use the shredder normally to shred several documents. If you have a big project shredding piles of documents, you’re going to have to have patience. But, it wasn’t a big deal to me. Use the lubricant sheets to take good care of it.

The shredder works good and like the look. I have not be able to shred 10 sheets in it without the paper getting stuck. I've only been able to shred 6 pages at a time. The only other thing I dislike about it is, super loud. You definitely can't be on the phone or in a conversation while shredding.

I had a huge pile of items that shredding, used a lubricant sheets before starting and followed suggestions to let it cool, or use the 2 minute continuous mode sparingly. Love the print so much, looks so much nicer than original shredder style.

Looks great! Only big flaw is that the credit card shredder part only slices the credit card and doesn't actually shred them. Had to use the main "paper" slot for the credit cards which worked well.

This is a joke, Boggs out if more than one piece of paper put in at a time. Credit cards are not shredded finely enough for my taste, still needs cut smaller by hand and a pair of scissors. Not worth the money will never buy another product from the makers of this product!!!!!!!!!! Not worth the one star rating!!!!!!!!!!

This was the only shredder I could find that was not black/grey/boring. It's style is not usually my taste, but given the sparsity of options I went with this one. I'm glad I did. I'm happy with it. It achieves my needs of (1) shredding paper, and (2) not being black/grey/boring.

I love everything about this wonderful shredder. It works fantastic and looks great! Thank you for such a wonderful shredder.
