I measured my arm according to the directions in the seller’s photos, got 12 inches so ordered a large. It was too big so I had to return it for a medium. That was an easy transaction. I think the problem is that although I’m not overweight, I’m in my 50s and have little “pudgy pillows” under my arms which made my measurement come out too large. Depending on your own body type you may consider ordering a size down. I read other reviews that also said for the elbows they had to order a size down. I injured my elbow working out at the gym on the same day that I moved a lot of bricks. The compression sleeve worked great to reduce my pain A LOT the very first time I wore it, and my elbow is healing nicely. It is comfortable to wear, does not add bulk, I can wear it under my shirt, it stays put where it is supposed to be, and the edges do not roll down. I like that the package came with a pair of two which is an added bonus, because I can toss one in the wash and wear the other one. I highly recommend these. It’s a good product that works well for a very reasonable price.UPDATE: I took these on a trip and lost them both. I liked them so much that I ordered another set. VERY happy with the price of less than $9 for two of these, considering I had to order a replacement for the ones I lost. My elbow continues to feel better and I no longer have to wear them all that much. But they are still especially helpful for when I am doing a lot of walking and my arm hangs down and swings. My arms measured 11 inches around so I got the Large, it fits loosely with a little bit of support; If I need more support I can fold the top part down over my elbow and if I need even more support I can fold the bottom part over my elbow area as well to put more pressure on the elbow muscles/tendons. I put them in my car in case I need them; I mainly bought them for when I lift weights doing arm bi-cep curls [That's when my elbow joints/muscles/tendons hurt the most lifting the dumbbells up when doing arm curls exercising my bi-ceps. I also play tennis and may wear them when playing tennis which is why I don't mind they are loose fitting so they don't interfere with me hitting a tennis ball but give a little support in the elbow areas. It takes time to figure out how to make the elbow area line-up with the elbow when putting them on; Over time I'll figure out how to do that better. Overall I like them. If you want these to be tighter around your elbow area get a size smaller I recommend [My arm measures 11 inches around and I bought the large and the large fits loosely with a little bit of compression/support; Maybe I would have liked how the Medium size felt; These are cheap enough where I could buy the Medium size as well].

I have has elbow pain for over 7 months and have tried a number of remedies to get rid of it...physical therapy, ice, over the counter pain relievers, etc., without much success. I would get some temporary relief and then the pain would come back. I'm not saying this brace is going to magically make all of your pain go away; however, I did notice significant relief and increased stability as soon as I put it on. This brace is everything it's advertised to be...comfortable, well constructed, breathable, formfitting, etc. PLUS, you cannot beat the price...less than $10 for two sleeves. Also, they provide a web address with your order to access tips and a customer service guide. SB SOX hasn't been around that long (2016), but they are off to a good start based upon my experience so far. It's hard these days to determine which products are really the best when purchasing from Amazon because of all the bogus reviews, but this company appears to be legit. Look no further!

First day of wear and everything was good. Support was very good. My elbow had a bursa sack and the amount of compression has been working very well. Good product.

I received my item very quickly a big plus this arm sleeve is very nice looking when I had it on for a while I did feel some pain relief. The compression on my arm felt great I loved the relief I was feeling that I even fell asleep for a while. Later on same day went shopping long story short, I started noticing every time I bent my arm it was hurting I tried to fix the elbow sleeve but I realized there was just know way to find comfort this was at my inside of elbow when you bend your arm the material of sleeve is just to thick and rubs against my skin a burns and hurts really bad. Feels like rug I was in bad pain and ugly rash when I took off my sleeve. So it’s a negative review these sleeves are not for me too rough on my skin they more for on top of clothes outside wear they are thick material

As advertised, good quality material that has lasted me longer than other elbow braces I have purchased on Amazon.

I have owned these for about a month. I wore them for a few weeks (except while sleeping) and I have noticed my elbow is so much better. Before, I couldn't even put dishes away because it required me raising some weight above my head. My elbow was in so much pain. I have a 12 month old who I'm constantly lifting and these were the only things that helped. I had tried NSAIDS, ice and rest and did not want to get a steroid shot. I ordered the XL, which were tight at first, but they loosen up. I have washed them and laid them out to dry, and they still fit and don't pill. Not only were these a miracle worker, they are super affordable. I can finally use my arm as though nothing happened. If you suffer from tennis elbow, definitely get these SB SOX sleeves, they are amazing!
