This is a 10 x 2.75 inch plastic sign with the quote from Wayne Gretzky or Michael Scott depending on your perspective... It comes with double sided industrial strength tape on the back for an easy peel and stick to just about an flat surface area. This plastic sign is about 1/16" thick. It is too thick to tear with your hands or even cut with scissors. The font is an exact replica from the whiteboard where Michael Scott wrote the quote.

Nothing is much better than Michael Scott. This plate is a great reminder to take a chance. Great quality and the stick material is heavy duty, but is gentle enjoy to remove and place again. Great product!!
