3 Pairs of Gel Heel Cups Heel Support Pads Cushions for Plantar Fasciitis Heel Pain (Women/Small/Med)

Bought these to help with my newly developed planter faciitis problem after knee surgery 8 months ago.They stay in place well even inside a sling back sandal shoe and they certainly help take the pressure off my heel pad so reduce some of the pain. I only wear them inside one shoe so this pack can serve me 6 pairs of shoes if I need them to.

I suffer with quite severe plantar fasciitis and like most sufferers am in a lot of pain, struggling to walk at times. I also have to dress smartly for work and wear flat pumps. Though I try and find appropriate ones for my issue I also have wide feet so it’s a battle. Having tried countless arch supports/insoles etc over the years I’ve never really found anything to offer much relief.So I was massively surprised that these have really helped. Have worn on a few occasions now in flat shoes and the Difference is significant to the pain I’d usually get in the day and when home.They stick well to my shoes and don’t move about (or at least haven’t so far). I didn’t think the cushion element would have such an impact but clearly it has.

My right foot is slightly smaller so this is a great alternative to the bigger ones which slide around and become painful. Really nice and spongy especially for the first few weeks, after that you can feel the sponginess less but still supports your heels well.

I needed to add gel heels to my most frequently worn boots and shoes. These are the male equivalents of the pink ones my wife uses and likes. They are ok, but are not quite wide enough to fill the heel of my various size 10 footwear, and they slip forward too easily when the shoe is tipped when putting it on, making the whole procedure a bit of a faff. If they stay in place at the back of the footbed they are reasonably comfortable. I shall not buy again

Bought these as have plantar fasciitis so have these in all my shoes/boots. They make a huge difference in comfort when walking. You get 3 pairs which is good for the money. Would buy again and recommend.

I suffered from very sore heels after an injury (plantar fasciitis). Walking was uncomfortable. These heel pads worked wonderfully for me. They are strong and flexible and I recommend them. I wore them for 2 weeks and they helped in my recovery.

These supports are very good value and the service was excellent., delivery was less than 24 hours. The only problem for me is that whilst they are so comfortable to wear my planar fasciitis is quite severe so I need to double up; and that helps enormously.

I have these in all of my shoes since I suffered from plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago . Find they really help .
