He's a cracking fella, with the most common sense approach you'll ever read.
Love it! Got a second hand copy which was in great condition. I only have 10lb to lose. I began eating this way 10 years ago and got down to a healthy BMI. I have had 2 pregnancies in this time and always got back to the same weight easily. Paul McKenna fixed my eating habits for sure. I have never gone over the weight I got to since. However I've always felt I could do with shifting the last few pounds as eating when I wasn't hungry crept in a bit in the last few years. I read his book again, but this journal is helping me to stay more focussed. I'll be back in 3 months to tell you all how I got on! I love Paul McKenna, it's the only way to eat, it removes unhealthy, unhelpful obsessions.

Beautiful book
This is really nicely put together, it's a lovely format. The only thing to note is that if you buy the new version of the book you might not want to buy this as well because they include the journal in the book now - but I didn't want to write in the book so this was worth buying separately. Plus I tend to lend my books out so this way I get the journal separately. There are nice daily messages too which is good to have. Definitely recommend.

If you are serious about losing weight then i can recommend this book but you really must want to lose weight and be serious about it .

just a food diary
I thought this book would give me tips on how to lose weight but it is just a food diary. Maybe my fault for not checking properly before I bought it. I would recommend buying the book with cd aswell as this. I am looking forward to trying it!

90 DAY SUCCESS JOURNAL
RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT. AM HALF WAY THROUGH AND FELL HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER THAN I HAVE IN YEARS. THE WEIGHT LOSS IS JUST A BONUS. IDEAL COMPANION TO ORIGINAL BOOK AND SELF HYPNOSIS CD.

Nohting to write home about
Thh book I Can Make You Thin is important .This book isn't. It's a journal as it says. I should have thought a bit longer before I bought it.

A useful tool for weight loss
I am one month in and really enjoying using this journal though no results on the scales as yet! Each day there is a page of suggestions or exercises and on the facing page a tick list and space to record you progress. I do feel it is helping me change my eating habits but you do really need the 'I can make you thin' cd as well
