I have purchased these twice for my daughter who has no arch and used her big toe for balance creating a bunion which later on in life will cause alot of other issues. We use the full foot separator and the big toe only separator. These are very comfortable and flexible and can be worn in wide tennis shoes. If you are looking for something that works to fire up the foot muscles which will strengthen the entire foot and help the feet stay in alignment, these are perfect. I highly recommend them. I am going to purchase another pair. The only downside is that they tend to rip at the seams where the baby toe hole ends. They need to be a bit more durable at those seems especially with any wear.

Started to use these for son as a form of therapy. His feet are still forming and need him to practice standing more.

I only tried a couple of times, but my toddler refuses to let me put these on him. Hey are too big anyway, but he won't even try. They look like they would work if he wore them. They were just a tiny bit small for my feet (I tried them on to show him they were ok to wear) but pretty comfy material. My son wears size 7-8 toddler shoes, if that helps. Maybe these would work for a little older child, maybe 4 - 10 or so?

They were not as expected as they were to soft and didn't keep my grandson from being able to bend his toes.

These gels are very soft and affordable. My daughter has spina bifida so her toes don't move much. I got these to help separate her toes to help avoid any blisters and to maybe help with some movement. I will say they are a bit big. She is 2 1/2 years old and has a small foot. She can tolerate them for a few minutes but I think we'll have to wait till her feet grow for them to actually fit well. Love that these are available. Would recommend.

My son has cerebral palsy and has a paralyzed left side with his left foot and toes looking like the picture. His toes overlap, his big toe has an abnormality, as you can see. We got this product to try anything for a change and comfort. This was amazing! It helped his toes so much and helped with some of his discomfort. The other options are good but we liked this one. Soft, flexible material. Seemed comfortable on my son, we wore at naps and bedtime. I’m a nurse and I even recommended this to our therapist at children’s hospital. My only concern is to make sure your child isn’t sensitive to the silicone product it is made from and to frequently Check the skin for any redness or irritation.

My daughter has clinodactyly of the toes and her pediatric orthopaedic specialist said to get these to separate her big toe and second toes on both feet for a year before we go the surgical route. These fit my almost 2 year old fine but we'll never know if they work properly because they almost immediately caused some of the worst blisters I've ever seen. She never had a problem wearing them when we got them, I figured she'd hate them or they'd hurt or be uncomfortable but she never minded them until the blisters formed. We even would only wear them at night so how the blisters formed is confusing really, it would make sense if she wore them during the day while walking around.

I purchased these because my sons pinkie toes point inward. Wearing this immediately straightens them. I'm hoping with time they'll straighten. I was scared this would bother him at first, but they don't seem to- at all. It's like he doesn't even notice he has them on. I put socks on top of them so they stay in place, and I put them on overnight rather than during the day when he's active. He sleeps comfortably, as normal, with no signs of being discomfort.

We use this with my 1.5 year old and it's excellent. The silicone material is great, stretches nicely while putting it on and is soft so that my child doesn't take it off.
