Since nobody else has actual photos here’s mine the pictures are from a month and honestly, I do really think it’s helped improve my skin despite my acne scars. I’ve honestly cut out sugar and take two of those a day and I honestly believe it’s helped like I haven’t felt like I’ve had more clear skin in a while the first photo with like all the acne that was in July 18 and then the second photo is August 12. I'm on week three and my facial hair is finally growing slower, I started out by taking the two but was experiencing facial dermatitis so I am now taking just one daily, not sure if it's directly helping with acne, bcuz I'm also taking other supplements to balance hormones, but overall my face has improved.

I've had other spearmint supplements but there is barely any smell of it. This has a strong obviously spearmint smell when you open it. If you looking for the real thing, I think this is it.
