Functionally it is working fine. But there are absolutely zero instructions included and it's not very intuitive to figure out. If you aren't fairly confident in your dc electrical skills this might not be your best bet

Product purchased through Parts Direct and delivered by Wild About Carts in October for Christmas present. Install attempted Christmas week and did not work. Requested refund but was denied. Don’t buy through Wild About Carts as the do not honor warranty. I’ll try now with the manufacturer.Update: Manufacturer will not warranty product and states it’s up to supplier to accept returns. They hold no responsibility for their own product. Even Amazon has refused to honor their A-Z warranty stating this doesn’t meet criteria for return. I have read their A-Z return policy and it DOES meet criteria. Sad state of affairs where no one will warranty a defective product.
