Excellent mat, creates comfort for the knees. The carry strap makes it easy to carry around. Worth a buy

The yoga mat is thicker than the usual one. So it provides good padding while doing yoga. The downside to this is that it is a little difficult to roll and heavier to carry. But that is more than compensated for by the comfort while using it. I would recommend it.

Not an effective buy. The thickness wears off in some days and the most elongates. The foam isnt of a superior quality and hence gets damaged easily. There is no proper grip of the foam and so its slips while stretching causing fall and injury. Overall bad product.
