Protects You in Cold and Flu Season!
The best dairy-free probiotic out there.Probiotics are all the rage these days, but they're a lot more than just a fad if you've got an autoimmune disease or chronic health problems, When I'm on immunosuppressants, I can get sick really easily. I have to be extra careful to avoid catching whatever is around, so probiotics are essential for avoiding colds and flus! Other people in my family have also appreciated the difference GB makes in their digestive health. More than that, most probiotics seem to be yogurts, so it's hard to find dairy-free probiotics in the grocery store.Price? I usually see this at $4.00 for a 32 oz. container at the local Whole Foods. So that's $24 when you're buying them individually. Unless you can get a discount from Amazon, it might be cheaper to buy them in your local store (if your local store carries them). If you find a local store, you can usually find a manufacturer's coupon from Goodbelly online -- they want people to try their product, so they usually have coupons for a discounted 2-week supply.Flavor? Imagine a slightly watered down juice. They taste good, but aren't overly sweet. But you're not buying these for the taste - you're buying them for your health. I also think the Tropical Green is the lowest (or is one of the lowest) in calories.

I get pretty constipated when riding my bike for 100 miles
I started using this stuff a month ago. It has helped me with my bowel movements. I get pretty constipated when riding my bike for 100 miles. It must be the stuff i eat at the rest stations.. Anyway i can't wait to see how this works for me this summer. I buy it at my local food marts for 5$ a quart.
