Far and away the best frying pan I have ever owned.
I have waited a few months before writing a review because I have some frying pans in the past that were absolutely brilliant at first but lost their non stick properties very quickly. It has been almost four months now and this pan is still as good as new. I realise four months doesn't seem like long, but the last non stick pan I bought , which was considerably more expensive, was already failing by thus time, and this pan has been used more. You can fry many things without oil at all in this, but I prefer to use just a tiny drop for some foods, even 1/4 tsp wiped around with a pastry brush, and yes you can cook an egg with such a small amount of oil. Some foods I quite like this way, but others really won't taste the same without more oil. But whatever you cook from stir fry to fried chicken this require far less oil than ordinary pans, and I have noticed the oil doesn't burn as easily with a lot of batter fried foods like chicken or onion rings. I honestly believe this pan will pay for itself eventually simply be reducing the oil needed so drastically, not it mention the health benefits and the lack of burned foods.... because anyone can cook with this. The heat distribution is perfect.I am not sure if you can use metal utensils with this. I love this pan so much I have decided not to risk it. I can't stand those floppy silicone utensils though, so went for a compromise , a good solid nylon set of spatula ( LEMCASE nylon spatula set). After cooking, I pour some water into this and let it sit. After dinner all you have to is dump the water and give this a ten second wipe with a soapy sponge, rinse and it is clean. I have a dishwasher , but we have never bothered to use and the dishes must be rinsed first anyway and this takes up a lot of room.I would also note that I am extremely over sensitive to chemical smells and find the non stick coating on most pans release a very distinct odor. There is no scent at all from this pan, and being chemical free, I assume it is bird safe. One of our reasons for getting rid of the old non stick pans was that we own a parrot. It lives upstairs, and would be brought down while we were cooking, but even in another room, the fumes from some pans can kill a bird.... which makes me wonder how safe those chemicals are for our children.I am reviewing this now because I had to go through my old orders to find it anyway, as I am recommending it to a good friend. And I think that really says what I think of the product best of all, I like it well enough to recommend to friends and family. That and I am trying to save up to buy more pieces for myself. The only possible drawback to this item is it a little bit heavier than some of the cheaper non stick pans. It is much lighter than cast iron, but not a lot lighter than a stainless steel pan. For most people this won't be an issue but it could be for someone with extreme arthritis or other joint problems.

Great very non-stick pan which has held up well since purchase
Great pan. I’ve had it 3 months now and it’s our main pan so gets used almost everyday. I wanted to wait before reviewing it to see if the non-stick would wear off but so far it’s still really good. I wasn’t sure about the pan when I bought it because I’d always thought it Teflon was the best surface for pans, but nothing sticks to it and it’s holding up better than my Teflon ones usually do. The only downside is that it seems to need a higher heat than my old pan to get colour on food, but that might be because it’s slightly bigger. It’s pretty deep so you could probably make sauces in it if that’s something you’re interested in but I’ve not tried myself.

Moneta frying pan.
Fantastic pan. A very good size. I do a lot of stir fry cooking and the heat distribution is excellent. A very sturdy pan and the handle is very comfortable in the hand. It’s very easy to clean and great value for money.

Very good pan but dimension in production description is incorrect
Good pan and very happy with it. The height of the pan is 4.5cm not 8.5cm shown in the product dimensions. Other than that it is very good and light weight. I decided to keep even though I would like it to be taller.

32cm frying pan
Substantial pan, decent size and not as heavy as I thought it would be. Can easily dry fry items without the need for oil/much oil - nothing seems to stick to it. Although I've not had it long so can't say how hardwearing it will be. It's also very good to look at.*Edit .. Feb 2020 - Dishwashers well, still going great, my "go to" pan.
