will this work for a ET 2760?

I'm not sure he does put a 2700 but it doesn't say anything about a 2760. He might have to look it up and see that would be my suggestion.

Will this maintenance box work on a L6191?

I do not think it would fit these are usually very specific we made for each printer. You might want to check the specs on your printer and see or go to the website and see if it fits

Where does the 1A battery go?

This is an ECO Tank. Meaning that it is an ink discharge tank, used when super cleaning the print nozzles. It absorbs the excess ink sprayed through each nozzle to unplug them. There is no battery or a place for one, it's simply a sponge in a plastic tub to soak up ink! It does have sensors built into the tank to tell when it is full but they are powered by the printer not the tank it's self. The tank will have contacts showing on the outside of the tank, so you have to be sure you install it the right way!
