Current USA Kit Solo 5G Desktop LED Light

Just set the tank up today and so far so good! I love all the options for lighting. I also love that not only did it come with all the decorations pictured, but it also tells you how to set it up like the box as well. A nice touch. The rest of the instructions were just as easy to follow. Another small detail that I love is that there is a felt-like material on the bottom of the tank so it you can slide it around without worry of scratching the surface of whatever the tank is on.One con to me is like another reviewer said as well - the spray bar is a little too strong for a betta, even if it is pointed at the wall of the tank. But there are 3 different ways to set the filter up, so I will be trying the method with the included air line next to see if that is more comfortable for him. I didn't want bubbles going in my tank, so this to me is a con, but it's not entirely a big deal.

Have had this tank for 3 weeks or so. Initially was very impressed. Unfortunately, the plastic lid has warped a bit at each of the corners causing it not to sit flush on the tank. Too expensive a purchase for this to have occurred. Although the remotely adjustable LED lighting seemed worth the price, in the end I'm not sure I would purchase again.

Lid does not fit flush to the tank... Dissapointed

The remote or the sensor doesn't work and the filter is perhaps too small. I have 4 larger goldfish in the tank. I am changing the battery to see if that will help.

This aquarium is awesome. Complete set up in the box minus a heater. I set mine up 5 weeks ago and have 2 small angels (size of a quarter) and 3 Coreyopsis. The light set up is amazing and allows one to save 4 color set ups among the other preset. I have it on my bedroom dresser and it's great. The only item I played with is the pump/filter set up as the water force is a little high for the small fish. There are 3 options with what comes in the box. Finally got that sorted out and everyone is happy. Oh, another note, as the filter system is so great I have not had to clean it yet. Of course the fish are really small which helps. The water is crystal clear after 5 weeks!

This is a wonderful little tank for my new betta. I found the same type of large porous sponge material that's inside the filter at my local fish store, and slit a hole through the middle of it to slide over the spray bar thus baffling the flow of water. Added some Fluval plant substrate and a bunch of plants, and then dumped in a bottle of Doctor Tim's One & Only to cycle the tank. Love the lighting as well since the orange brings out the lovely red and iridescent purples in the betta. Great tank. Nice and quiet and very easy to put together. I find this much nicer than the 6 gallon Fluval Edge!Feb 24, 2016: Update - I had forgotten that I left this review; several months after use the lid bends and no longer sits properly on the tank. I tried emailing the company (Current) several times to ask about a replacement lid but they refused to answer my emails. Changing from 5 stars to 1 star. No issues with the Amazon seller that I bought this from... quick shipping.

It will not keep the tank not to happy with it . i send an e-mail to the seller a week ago STILL NO REPLY Bad Businss !!!!

This is an awesome fish take for the price. It's really funky and unique. I would buy it again. I have 5 small fish in there and they are happy. The only thing is it seems the filter would slide down in the beginning, but that seems to have stopped now. It comes with stones, plants, rocks. The light show is pretty fun too. I really like this one of a kind sized tank.
