Great running glove
I just ran about 14 miles in crazy cold 19F weather with winds making it feel closer to 0F. Theses gloves did the trick and kept my fingers warm. As my hands warmed up I slipped all but my pointer finger out of the wind mitt cover. That gave me the right amount of cold air venting so that the gloves were not uncomfortably warm. I finally took them off around mile 10, as I started to overheat as the sun started to peek out. The fleece is soft and comfortable. They do not appear to be as durably as my other running gloves, and even though I order a large per the sizing guide, they are a little snug; providing no measure for shrinkage in the wash. In short, they kept my hands warm, but will probably not last as long as my mountain hardwear running gloves.

Lightweight and warm--who could ask for more?
These gloves really deliver in the warmth category, I must say. I've had several pairs of "running" gloves over the years, which I've proceeded to use for runs in cold weather: They all let me down to greater or lesser extents in that my fingers got exceedingly cold after <30 minutes of use. Mere minutes after these hatchback gloves fortuitously arrived, I employed them in bitterly cold weather (16-18 degrees F. with a stiff wind)--the mitten covers in their in-use positions, of course. They performed like a trooper and, after 30 minutes of running, my hands and fingers--while not toasty warm--were nonetheless comfortable and only mildly chilled. An unexpected and delightful surprise!

My Go-to Winter running Gloves
I live in the mid Atlantic (Maryland) so we don't have North Dakota winters or anything, but these gloves have kept my hands warm when Temps were in the low 20's. This is my second pair, (puppy got the first pair) and I've been running with these for 4-5 seasons of winter running.

Flexible for cold and not-so-cold running.
What I had been using worked well in temps down to about 20. In a run in the 10's, my fingers were numb from the cold and had to cut the run short. That is when I decided to purchase Manzella's Hatchback Mitten/Glove. My first run with these was in the single digits and it worked like a charm. The mitten covers kept the wind away and kept my fingers warm.In another run in the 10's, I like the flexibility to be able to pull the covers back and use it as gloves and vise-versa, depending on how my fingers felt. In the 20's, I pretty much used this as gloves. I think a real mitten (fingers together) would have kept my fingers would have been warmer, but I like the flexibility that the Manzella afforded me.

Decent, but no grip whatsoever
Decent glove, kept hands warm (wore in 20 degrees for a 15 minute walk) -- but don't expect to do anything with them other than wear them. The fake grippy looking things on the palms are just for show, as they slid right over a steering wheel. No grip whatsoever. They will not conduct for touch screens, by the way, although they don't claim to do so (just thought it worth mentioning). They are also slightly larger than I would have expected and there's no real stretch to them. They are pretty cheap and fragile looking but they'll do the trick. I bet I'm not using them next winter just because I'll get tired of their lack of functionality or they'll break or start to lose a hem or something. A good backup glove to have around, though.

Too small
I have big hands but short fingers but never wear XL gloves - normally a large fits well or a mens cadet in a golf glove. These were marked large but my fingers didn't fit and the gloves were tight all over. I would prefer my winter gloves to be a little loose too. Will try the XL.

As advertised
Gloves are comfortable and kept my hands warm into the high 30s fahrenheit. The mitten cover provides wind resistance, but no additional insulation. A good value.

Labeled the warmest, but was just okay during my 1st run (for 1 hour and it was 35 degrees F), while using them. Also, they could be a little longer for more coverage on the wrist and the fleecing on the thumb should also include the index finger.
