The size and texture of the capsule makes them easy to take. And since the Dr. suggested taking them (not as a prescription), the price is good too.

I've been taking this supplement for several years. My psychiatrist prescribed a prescription dose due to a gene mutation that affects my depression. The prescription was very expensive so my psychiatrist told me I could switch to this. I have found this just as effective as the expensive prescription I was taking. I I do notice a lift in my mood from taking it compared to if I'm not on this supplement. Don't be afraid to replace your expensive prescription with this med. If your doctor tells you that you have the gene mutation where you can't process folate, this supplement is for you. As always discuss things with your doctor first before switching your medication. ,

Great product at a great price
This product runs just over $10 a month and since I started taking it my nails, which have always been thin and break easily have grown long and very strong. Nice thing to have for the 1st time in 59 yrs. It also helped my hair and mood.
