Uniflame Short Shank for Andirons

I have an early 1900s decorative fireplace that is fairly useless. I had it redone to be more decorative and got some great Michael Arams andirons. Of course they were made for a regular fireplace so way too long. I ordered these to swap them out. It was super easy for me to swap them (I’m NOT handy) and it fits into my ludicrously shallow faux fireplace. It was perfect for my needs!

These were just what we needed. We had gas logs put in our fireplace and were able to still put our andirons in front of the logs and the grate they sit on. They look great. One thing... They are sold in pairs, which wasn't clear from product description so I had to return one pair.

Shanks used for decorative andirons on gas fireplace. Great price and they will work well-be informed, though-there is no nut & bolt to secure it with, but inexpensive nuts and bolts are at your local hardware store.

It's already broken. Disappointing.
