Chair has good features that are manual adjusted by bolts. Its not like a $1000 chair with a lever to adjust everything. What it does have - the sliding seat bottom lever, height and reclining lock. The elbow rest pads only slide forward/back and does not angle out/inward. The height adjustment has more range than other chairs. The seat pad fabric is good quality. The seat cushion had a very strong chemical smell for a couple weeks till the foam aired out fully. It fits me and my needs plus nice to be able to slide seat bottom for my back position.Assembly is very simple, I only used the directions to identify the screws for each part. It comes with an allen key, but if you have a ratchet wrench with sockets 10mm/12mm or a 5mm hex key socket and short extension it will make it easier to tighten down all bolts. If you assembled a chair before its the same process...literally 15-20 min assembly from unpacking to join a meeting. Boxed package was excellent no puctures or tears. My other choice was a HON chair but that did not go as low as this chair in case other shorter family members need to use it.

Assembly was a little tricky as the instructions are very minimal but once I got everything put together this is definitely a solid choice for the price. I use this chair while gaming and it's comfortable, keeps me cooler than any leather coated chair ever has, and tucks into my desk nicely when not in use. Highly recommend if you're not easily flustered by bad assembly instructions.

I was having constant back problems with my AKracing gaming chair due to lack of lumbar support but was having trouble dropping the chair because lack of lumbar support otherwise, it was a really high quality chair. No rattling of any sort and built like a tank. Tried a lumbar cushion as a stop-gap but they're all too intrusive.And so this is where I ended up, a normal office chair with built-in lumbar support rather than a cushion or some other object being pushed into my back and causing me more pain. It should be mentioned that I bought this when it was listed down ($130, navy color). Full price seems to be either $210-260. I'm happy with the chair as of now but I'm not sure if I would've done the jump if it was full price. I do, however recommend it if you're using a really crappy chair and looking for something better in general.Notes about me: 150lbs, 6'0". Would've preferred about an extra half inch of seat depth but that's about it. The seat and arm wrests are slightly more wobbly than my gaming chair, hence why I didn't give this 5 stars. Only had the chair several days now but will try to update if something happens to it.

I'm a big dude (6'2" - 285) and I wanted a chair that would accommodate my mass and be comfortable at a reasonable price. This chair does that perfectly. It adjusts in all the ways you need. I also got the rollerblade wheels so it sits a little higher and rolls a little easier on all surfaces. Highly recommend this chair!

This chair has made a big difference since we replaced our regular straight-back chair with it. No more back or leg pain. Really like it.

This chair is well built, comfortable, priced fairly, and easy to put together.

Looks nice and very comfortable to use. Heavy and seems very sturdy. Takes a few minutes to put together though. Arms are adjustable up/down but not in/out. Height adjustment works well.

We have had it now for a couple of months and it's proving to be a pretty decent chair. A clear ergonomic improvement over the P.O.S my wife had been using at her home workstation. Lumbar is not adjustable but it seems to fall in the right spot. It otherwise has all the adjustable parts it should; the pan, armrests, height...The packaging it was shipped in should embarrass Amazon. There are other comments about that here. I had this one shipped to my office and when I picked it up from the package drop room (delivered by UPS). One of the arms was sticking out of the side of the box. Amazingly it appeared to be undamaged; not even scuffed. The box was not sufficient for the transpacific container ship trip from China, or wherever it was made. Hence only three stars from me. I'd bet one out of five-to-ten of these arrives at the final purchaser's door with some kind of shipping damage and has to be returned. But mine survived the ride and it's not a half bad chair.

This chair was easy to setup. Worthy for the money I paid. And it's strong enough to hold my weight. Now I can sit comfortably without worrying to break it.

I had a chair very similar to this that was 15 years old, so I figured getting one from the same manufacturer that is very similar would be great. It's not. My 15 year old chair is better. This one tilts everytime I move even slightly, the back doesn't adjust which would be fine, except that the back curves slightly, but since it doesn't move, it does not curve to my back and is uncomfortable. There is very little lumbar support. That part is my fault for getting a chair that doesn't have an adjustable back.The cushion is nice and comfy, but I do feel like I'm sliding off of it. It was easy to put together for someone like me who has no clue how to assemble anything.I'm pribably going to return it.

This chair is very sturdy. Also there are lots of options to configure it to make it yours. I really like it. And it is made in Taiwan. I highly recommend it.

Lacks lumbar support!
