This battery tester rocks, tests every kind of battery known to man
I used this battery tester at my dad’s house so I went and found it on Amazon and ordered it. I really like that it has no test leads to get in the way so it is compact to store. I’ve had it about a year now I think so. It seems to be time to review it. It’s very well built and sturdy for being plastic. The display is not back lit, but that’s fine. It’s basic and utilitarian. It’s functional and it does its job it tests, batteries of many different voltages, including the CR132A and 9V batteries and some I’ve never heard of. It is super easy to use because there’s no switches or anything. You just put the battery in and it shows you the amount of charge.

Good product at a good price
This works really well. As long as it doesn't break within a year or so, then I will be happy with it for the price.I do not recommend those battery testers that aren't electric. If they aren't electric they are awkward to use, and don't really give you a good reading.This uses a battery included to make it work, and therefore is very easy to use. The slots for the different batteries are just the right size and you just have to stick it in and you immediately see how the charge is on the electric meter.Really good product for the price!

Experience required
I have a few of these with different brand names. The bar type strength indicator is pretty accurate but it takes a few times to gauge exactly where the graph identifies a battery that has voltage too lower to continue to use. Once you learn that you’ll appreciate the simplicity of this device which can test a wide range of household use batteries. I even test new batteries before installing them. Hey, it’s that easy!

Works Great
This little tester is easy to use, easy to read, and gives a simply readout of how much life the battery has left rather than some hard to interpret meter reading. It is solid, well built, and easy to store. I am very please with my purchase!

Very useful, has a digital display to show juice remaining
I needed a battery tester since we have a lot of halloween and Holiday gizmos that need AA, AAA, C, D, and CR123 batteries, and this battery allows for testing all of them. You can even test disc batteries (e.g., CR2032) but I'm not certain how that is done yet. This requires a battery for the digital display. Happy with this product!
