these are probably the best caffeine pills you can find on the market. they're extremely strong, easy to swallow, and cheap. and they work. they give me a good burst of energy for like four+ hours, sometimes too much energy. the product delivers on what it says so it gets a 5/5.HOWEVER: 200Mg is a lot of caffeine, and caffeine has some abuse potential. if you take it too often or form a habit of taking it every day, any days without it you can have some withdrawal symptoms. i would consider the 100Mg capsules from this brand first before trying to 200Mg capsules because 200Mg is a lot of caffeine and very powerful, especially if you're going to be drinking sodas/other caffeinated beverages throughout your day that will add to your total caffeine intake. for clarity, 400Mg of caffeine a day and under is safe, so these pills fall within the range of safety, but still, taking too much unnecessarily can form habits, addiction, dependence, and withdrawal symptoms when without it, so beware and maybe start with the 100Mg capsules first. just because it's "safe" doesn't mean it's healthy. good luck and enjoy!

Good value for money. Effective, quick acting. Average to pretty easy to swallow, though feels a little dry, sometimes sticks in or scratches my throat a little. Just make sure to drink plenty of water to swallow. I have a hyper-sensitive stomach so I might vomit almost immediately unless I eat something bland first, like buttered gluten free toast to coat and protect my tummy. Drinking milk, (or an alternative milk, in my case), really helps also. The upset stomach is probably limited mostly to my own issues though and probably not likely an issue for most people. The Jet Alert really helps me stay alert, awake, focused, productive and on task, instead of frayed, stressed, distracted by everything around me. I don't believe it has created any kind of potential addiction for me; the box says it's non addictive. I think it says one pill is about equal to a (regular strength) cup of coffee. I'm pretty sure it isn't referring to a quad grande latte with a side of chocolate covered coffee beans as a snack. I'd definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I have been extremely satisfied with using these as a caffeine supplement. I am unable to drink coffee fast enough due to it making me nauseated, and tea doesn't provide enough caffeine for my needs.I have tried other brands and each pill is hit or miss due to poor quality control. No-Doz was the only brand I found that provided a reliable amount of caffeine per pill but the price was rather high.These are indistinguishable from No-Doz in terms of quality and at a much, much better price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caffeine supplement!

Great caffeine boost. I don't drink coffee, and apparently this is like drinking a strong cup of java. Helpful on a low energy morning.
