We purchased these for our camping trip with the family. All the colors were bright right out of the package. Easy to turn on and change batteries. They are fabric on the outside and have clear light band on the inside where the light travels. The kids loved them - one of the white ones is a multi-colored one (we called it unicorn) and the kids all wanted to fight over that one so just a note. The reason why it’s receiving one star off and not two is the batteries. A couple of them only lasted about 10 minutes after turning them on, it would shut off and not turn back on, but they give you extra sets of batteries for each one so we just replaced and it worked. So only one star removed for that since they give you extra batteries which was nice. These are affordable and the kids loved them. Can’t complain too much.

Update:I have since purchased rechargable batteriesThey will also light up with LR2032 batteries instead of the LR2016 that they come with.(LR means rechargeable, CR are not)=============================================I use these for jogging. The make them so that they don't fall off I opened the stitching, cut off about 2 inches of the plastic tubing so that the velcro sides would not be interfered with by the light and batteries. Prior to doing this they would fall off my wrist. Also for putting them around my pants leg to added velcro strips by sewing them on.Overall I like them.

The media could not be loaded.  Got these for a teenager girls to use at night at an amusement park. They loved them! Per the pic, the bands are about 9.5” long. The girls are thin. So, the bands were big on their wrist but did stay on during the rides (hence the name, “arm” bands). The bands came in several colors, white, light blue, candy apple red, dark purple and vibrant pink. I like the polyester weave verses the typical plastic or irritating silicone materials. Per their construction, they should last awhile. Also, each band has an extra battery in separate plastic pouches. They function by depressing the battery end, once for solid light, twice for fast flash, a third time to fast flash and last to shut it off. Used for a few hours and still works. I would buy again if needed more.

I bought these for night time bike riding, to wear on my wrists so people in cars behind me can (hopefully) see me when I'm crossing lanes to make a left turn. They are very bright, include 3 flash modes and a solid mode, and one of them changes colors... so if people can't see you, they probably shouldn't be driving. Replacement batteries are included for all straps.

I’ve been looking for a product like this be able to easily locate my little people once the sun starts to set. They work amazingly well! I’ve had multiple parents come ask me where to find them. They are very bright, and the different modes (on, fast blink, long blink) make it very easy to quickly find the wearer. I’m a big fan and will be buying several more. All of them worked just fine right out of the package. I have not had a single problem with them yet.

They worked well for the female team members but were a bit snug on the males. We used them at an event so that participants could find event staff by locating the light up wrist bands. The volunteers had fun with them and enjoyed wearing them and it did make them easy to locate.

My only complain was the Velcro that was used. It kept opening up. It wasn’t strong enough to stay on any of the four kids (9, 10, 11, and 13)However it is very bright, the battery life is hood and the nylon band is very sturdy and the colors are bright and beautiful.

A surprise gift for the kids on our beach trip. Each band is a different color except two which were white. However one kid found out one of white ones actually changed colors and was extremely excited. The bands are very bright and could easily spot the kids on the dark beach. When I opened the package it contained a bunch of batteries but turned out these were spares. It an extra bonus.
