Get Hardcore Bones Bushings if you need a responsive bushing!
I love thunder trucks but these are garbage. Highly recommend hardcore bones bushings in any firmness. These are just too soft. I’m not even going to waste my time getting the 100du ones. The stock bushings they came with are harder and are 90du haha make it make sense.

good for the price, get riptide or indy bushings
3 stars because these are better then the stock bushings on my thunder sonoras but they are noticeably softer than the independent 97 duroyou have to break in bushings somewhat loose before you crank them down or you'll blow them out. unfortunately these kind of feel like my stock ones as far as how loose they are even after a couple weeks of skating. The bottom bushing is not necessarily a barrel or a cone it's something in between and that's probably why it turns well which is great for some but I need a very stiff skateboard truck

Best bushings out there.
Didnt work well.Update: took a bit of break-in time and the perforations for the kingpin where a bit off making them diffcult to put on without any grease. Aside from that, these are one the best bushings I've used. They still feel more like a medium bushing tho but I like the turning feel and they're not that squeaky with some wax.

Harder Than Stock Thunder Bushings, But Wasn't Impressed Overall
I put a set of these on a pair of Thunder 149s (with risers) for about two minutes and took them off. Just standing on the board, the trucks were way too loose for me, and I could get wheelbite just by leaning back and forth. For a bushing that's supposed to be 97a, these didn't really feel that stable. It could be due to the conical bottom bushing which allows for a deeper turn than a barrel bushing. I've figured out that I prefer barrel bushings for the bottom bushings on my trucks because I'm looking for more stability at over 200lbs. These don't cut it for heavier skaters unless you like loose trucks. YMMV.
