New Balance Women's 412 V1 Alloy Toe Industrial Shoe

I ordered five pair of women steel toe shoes. The new balance won. Breathable. Padding comfortable. Light weight. Sized correct, I'm size 9. Second place Keen (high quality, most attractive, but I wish toe box was bigger). Third place Sketchers. Last place Reebok (felt like a whole size too small).

These have become my go-to work shoes. I'm a server at a really busy restaurant, so I need not only comfort, but nonslip. These shoes are so great and sturdy, my last pair lasted me 2 years. I love the alloy toe, too, because I know if I drop anything, my feet are protected. I hope to be able to keep buying these for years to come!

I have been wearing these in a manufacturing facility on concrete floors for a couple months now. 12 hour shifts. Finding durable, comfortable, affordable safety toe shoes as a woman has been difficult and put my feet through the ringer. I had to learn the hard way that a wide toe box is crucial! I do not have wide feet and have never had to purchase wide shoes before. With steel toes or any safety toe, there is not a whole lot of "breaking in" in the toe area like you get with normal shoes for obvious reasons. If your toes feel cramped at all the first time you put them on it is a huge red flag! I ended up with excruciatingly painful corns between my toes which is something I had never experienced before in regular shoes. I got those corns from wearing a $170 pair of Timberland safety shoes, so brand and price doesn't ensure comfort. I removed one star on these New Balance shoes because the insoles that come with these shoes are incredibly thin and terrible. However, if you work 12 hour shifts on your feet than you live by Dr. Scholl's anyway. I also really wish it came in more neutral colors other than bright purple, but the fit is my main priority over style.

This is my second pair of this New Balance line workshoe and I'm completely satisfied with them. The shoe itself has strong support and works great for my high arches. I've worn them for 10 hour shifts before and barely felt my feet ache. I'm very impressed and highly pleased with the polymer toe to protect my toes and foot. I can't even begin to say how many they've saved my toes from being crushed by a palletjack wheel rolling in to my foot. They are not the most breathable shoe so definitely expect an odor after awhile from sweating in them (throwing them in the washer helps for a short while, tried many odor killers, something about the material makes them smell odd). My last pair lasted nearly 2 years before they started breaking down heavily (tread peeling, laces damaged, material on the toe started to peel off). Definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for protection and comfort.

Comfortable shoes and support and durability and I really like the colors I wear them for 8 hours or more still no pain

I purchased these shoes for work, beginning of October. They felt okay and were fine at first but 3 months in, the inside heel on both shoes have worn out causing discomfort. My feet do not slide around in them and the fit is great… actually sized down a half of a size due to first pair being a little on the big side. I am currently purchasing another pair of shoes for work but I am definitely going with another shoe and won’t be purchasing these again. Other than that, they have held up okay.

Llegaron dos días antes, están muy cómodos y super bonitos. No pesan, la talla es correcta los pedí en talla 6 y me ajustaron a la perfección.

Vienen de la parte de los dedos ancha lo cual provoca que esa parte de tu pie no roce con el zapato ! Para mi muy cómodos y livianos, fácil limpieza.
