Q: Is this the jw327 or the jw328a model? the description lists both, but they are not the same thing (one is taa one is not).

We currently have Renew sealed JW327A units in stock and ready to ship.

Q: Does this come with the celling mounts? They are typically included in the original box.

Thank you for reaching out. Our units are factory sealed Renew Program units from HPE. They come sealed in HPE packaging and include 2 x (White) Mounting Clips to Attach to a 9/16-inch or 15/16-inch Flat T-Bar Drop-Tile Ceiling.

Arubainstant 325s

Ordered a couple of these. Very happy with what I received. Fully functional and in good shape. Went through a couple different PoE injectors until I found a couple that allowed WAPs to operate fully. You really need 802.3AT mode to get full functionality. Buyers should also be aware this model is end of life meaning no further updates. Two units I received each at different software versions. Average user without accounts with HPE Aruba will not be able to update these. All that said these are exceptional value for what they are.
