As you can see by the pictures, all I received was this single piece of paper. This is not as expected.

A simple but very precise instrument that adds some reliability to a difficult and many times life-long diagnosis. I took a while to buy, but now that I do have it (and do use it), I would surely buy it again.

Therefore, the difference in price of the item received is not advantageous at all. However, the speed of the order is appreciated.
