Pretty sturdy and withstood international travel with multiple transits through baggage claim.The smaller pieces lock came broken hence the 4 stars. A replacement is being sent and I need to Install it my self. I will evaluate how easy the process is and perhaps up my review to 5 stars.

I didnt get a key with the package. But the scale worked and very roomy me and my boyfriend are going to the beach and it fit both of our clothes into it.

Traveled out of country and they held up great.

The luggage is not the best quality. The first time it was used on a flight it came back with stress fractures and dents. The protective coverings are only on two corners of the luggage so the corners that did not have it has a severe dent. It did not withstand normal wear from the airline. I was not impressed at all.

It’s an amazing suitcase at a great price. No need to look any longer, this is simply the best suitcase to purchase. I’ve traveled internationally for years and wish I had discovered this brand before, it would have saved me money and frustration!This is my second one and I’ll be buying more as gifts,

It took me a while to write this review. So we took this luggage on a very long trip. I had electronic stuff wrapped in some towels to protect it. I don't know if putting a "Fragile" sign outside the luggage helped too, but the electronic stuff was okay and the luggage still looks new. I did not use the weight function, because I did not need it. Overall, this luggage was not a disappointment.

I got it today. It does not look hard or strong enough but i will give it a try. I will update after the first use....

Wonderfully spacious bags. Rolls well with handle extended on two wheels however does NOT roll smoothly with all four wheels on the ground
