Makes aftermarket lights a breeze to install.
Very easy to install. Hardest part was feeding through the Pin connector through the firewall on a 6 spd JKU. This mounts on the ECU and wasn't a perfect fit on a 14 JKU. It's only held in with 2 of 3 bolts which is fine with me.Would recommend replacing the 3m take that comes with the overhead unit due to it losing its stickyness within a few months.

Product is Excellant.... Instructions Very Inadequate
I'm impressed with the quality of the product...... But why do these vendors make us go to Youtube to figure out the install details? Take a few extra minutes and create a full set of instructions that we all can understand, Also, because of the tight fit at the top of the windshield, the socket head screws that were supplied won't work. I had to go the Ace Hardware and get hex-head screws.... Do the same and the install will be much easier.

I like it, I like it a lot !
Just what I needed! Easy install, just YouTube it. Looks great. Just wish the attachment on the hook was better. Not too bright at night either.

Do not buy!!
This item does not fit a 2007 Jeep JK the attachment point for the footmans loop is to far right and it hits the sun visor bracket on the passenger side. I really wanted this item to work and tried several different ways of trying to mount it with no luck. Metal housing was cheap and paint was chipping off during install.

How much extra would it cost the chinese to make a product almost decent?
I did read that the directions were trash in other reviews, this is inaccurate, trash would have been an improvement. Really, how much money would it have cost to find someone who can speak English to write the instructions, or better yet just put a link in the box to direct you to someone who installed one of these already? Next I laid the cables out and mocked all the parts in where they looked like the instructions said to put them to insure it would be long enough before cinching anything down. The positive cable and the control cable are installed on the forward side of the relay box and because of this the box cannot be installed flush against the computer as shown. Reworked the cables to the other side and tightened the relay box down. The directions show the circuit breaker being mounted in the middle of the firewall but it was installed at the end of the main positive power cable. Here is where the fun begins. While looking at where to mount the circuit breaker the garbage chinese crimp let go of the main power wire. Looking inside the heat shrink I could see that not all of the strands made it into the crimp and it is also obvious that they did not strip back enough of the insulation to get a good solid connection. So my dilemma now is to send it back and hope I can sell one of my kids for enough to get a good relay box and switch panel or to scrap the junk chinese cables and buy my own and route them correctly and put a crimp on that will hold strong enough to support the weight of the 9oz circuit breaker. More to come when I figure out what to do.
