When looking to spend this much money on bed sheets, it's important to know that you're getting quality. We bought a set of these 3 years ago and had a rather unfortunate tear occur recently. There was no doubt that we would replace our old sheets with the exact same ones. The are so lightweight and comfortable. I wish they were a little more reasonably priced since the thread count isn't as high as some but I'd continue to buy these regardless, because of how wonderful they are.

I've had these sheets now for 18 months. These fit our king mattress well - I don't have to wrestle with the corners to get them on and they stay put all week, never riding up. I wash them every Saturday without fail, adding a touch of bleach and there are no frays or deterioration. I still love them every night climbing into bed - they've gotten softer and softer. Nothing beats linen sheets for comfort. I get super hot at night and these keep me cool in summer. My sister only uses her linen sheets in summer but I love them year round (I'm in a snow climate). I iron the top, which gets pretty wrinkled, because I like a smooth, crisp sheet against my face. I will definitely reorder these again when they finally give out. My lint trap on the dryer did get really full the first few wash/dries but now it's fine to not stop the cycle in the middle and clear it out.

I really love these sheets. Unfortunately, One of the pillowcases was ripped when I purchased them so I cannot leave a 5 star review. This was a lot of money to spend on sheets (my first time buying linen) and I am highly disappointed that such a tear in the pillowcase along the seam was not noticed prior to packaging and shipping them to me. I did not open the sheets right away since I was using another set so they are no longer exchangeable, but I am satisfied with everything else about these sheets so far. Please inspect your sheets for tears when they arrive if you purchase.

Con: when I washed and tried it the first time it was so uncomfortable, makes me doubt that it's actually linen. I have other linen bedding and it is much, much more softer, actually enjoyable. This particular one is not pleasant to sleep in. The instructions state it will get softer with washing it, so I washed and dried them again, still same effect.. too late to return them otherwise I would have loved to exchange them for a different brand!! If Amazon can reach out to me and offer that, I would be very pleased.Also, not sure if this is a pro or con, but this beeding is extremely oversized.. usually you get the reverse where it barely comes over the mattress, but this one hangs on all sides. I have a king bed and got the king size. I had to fold the fitted sheet and tuck it under my mattress on both sides of the bed to get a tight fit, but then it gets all loose again while sleeping on it.. I assumed it will shrink some during wash but I washed it in hot water and put it in the dryer but it still appears to be the same size (thought that would help shrink it but it did not).P.s. The sheets are also pretty heavy..

Ive been sleeping with linen bed sheets in the summer for 2 years. Bought my first set from Williamssonoma and paid dearly for the set. After 2 years, the pillow cases were coming apart at the seams and I just found a frayed area in the flat sheet in the center of the bed. so I purchases these sheets for basically half the price. I washed them when I received them, but I have not used them so my ratings need to reflect the fact that I just got them. I will update after I make an opinion. I did receive them promptly. Also< if you never slept on linen sheets, you should. No comparison to cotton, no way, no how.

I don't know what people are complaining about. I bought two diff Linen Sheet Sets from West Elm and had to return them BOTH. Not to mention they're significantly more expensive!! These actually surpassed my expectations. I was fully expecting to have to return them too. Nice, soft, lightweight beautiful Linen. And they even included swatches of other colors which I thought was very smart because if I was in the market for more bedding, I'd buy another set. The blush in particular is really pretty when that color could go oh so wrong. I got the Gray but the Dark Gray and Natural are both super nice too. Would buy any of these.Also ... sorry my lint trap was not "FULL" as some reported here. It was a decent amount for a single load but this is a natural fabric. Not cotton or poly. And the lint itself was quite soft and fluffy.

Loved the sheets. True to linen they are softer after a few washes but after two years (yes these are our favorites but not used and washed weekly as they are swapped) there are holes. And the fitted sheet is so thin it’s nearly see through. Somehow the top sheet and pillowcases are still great (despite more frequent washing’s). I guess I was expecting more durability for the price as here I am researching sheets. Again.

I adore these 100% linen sheets! I am buying another set because in the 16 months since I bought my first set, I have realized that I only use these sheets. They are by far the most comfortable sheets I have ever owned. They have a buttery and lovely softness that I cannot live with out. I like to wash them and hang them on the laundry line to dry. They are perfect sheets year round. Sir Elton knew the comfort they could bring after a busy day when he sang, “lay me down in sheets of linen...”
