KUBEY KU214 Folding Knife 3.5” Carbon Steel and G10 Handle with Pocket Clip for Hiking Camping and Outdoor (Tan)

I wanted to wait a few weeks to see how it held up with daily tasks before reviewing this one, and now I’m ready to give it the five star treatment. Kubey is impressing me, and of the three knives I’ve bought from them so far, this is the one I’ve carried the most. The blade shape and ergonomics stand out, with a good, sharp tip. No blade wiggle yet and I’ve freshened it up on a sharpening stone once (it definitely feels like D2 to me).

I purchased the higher end one with the titanium and carbon fiber handles with the S35VN blade and I loved it so much that I had to get this one. It's sharp and centered perfectly with good detent that opens with authority and closes smoothly! For 34$ it's a freaking good deal!! No regrets!

It's a great time to be a knife collector when excellence like this is available for under $50. I look very hard for reasons to deduct stars when it comes to knives. I couldn't not give this a 5 star review. It's tremendous. The factory that is producing Kubey knives is really putting out remarkable stuff at this price point and even several price points above in many cases unfortunately. Beautiful fit and finish, edge. They nail the D2 heat treat which is notoriously finicky. The persons running that factory in China should be commended. They really care, it's obvious after holding a few of their offerings.

This is a superb knife! Very good quality, very smooth and sharp! Kubey makes some great knives. Always impressed!

I have had knives ranging up to $250, and this little fella is right in line with them. Solid lockup, razor sharp, and no issues. A damn good deal at $40.

Those guys at Kubey, wow! Slow down guys, I'm gonna have to take a second job! Or hide my mail better........ Just a great edc type knife.
