Works very well and has for quite some time, I would buy it again good vacuum. It is light and easy to use. Easy to charge and runs for some time.

This is the best vacuum for uncarpeted areas that I’ve ever had. It is lightweight and easy to use. Our 56 year old son recommended it, I ordered it, and my husband assembled it. At 84, I wear my Floppi’s for support while vacuuming. My husband sweeps every day with the excellent broom we bought from Amazon; but has never used the vacuum, probably because he doesn’t want to get it out of the utility room cabinet.We still have a big Hoover? vacuum we purchased from Sears years ago before there was Amazon..

I love this lightweight vacuum, it has a long cord which is great and picks up well.You can also use other attachments to clean in corners and for using on my couch as well. I recommend this vacuum highly. Easy to clean and replace the filters. I prefer a cord than cordless never work well.

I absolutely LOVE this Shark vacuum as it never, ever loses suction! It is lightweight and easy move around and pick up. The filters are easy to wash and last forever. I had another Shark Navigator many years ago and it was a great vacuum also but had a longer hose on it, to which I fond that this models hose is not as long and when I am using the wand on it there is just not enough length to easily use for many areas that I am trying to reach. Other than that, I have no other complaints about it. I have pets and its a great value for the price exceeding all performance expectations.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuum cleaner!My old vacuum finally died and the first time I used this I was amazed at what it picked up. I have 50/50 split in my house of hardwood and carpeting. It worked beautifully on both.The first time I used it on my carpets, I had to stop and empty the dust cup for each room! No, it's not that the dust cup is small -- it actually holds as much if not more than the bags of my previous vacuum -- it's just that it sucked up SO much more than the old one missed.Now that I've used it multiple times I don't have to empty the dust cup nearly as much.I do have two dogs and need a good vacuum. So VERY pleased with this. Easy to assemble (a few clicks here and there), SO easy to maneuver, lightweight and responsive to touch, and powerful! A+++++

Excellent vacuum! We have children and pets and most vacuums last only 2-3 years with the amount of use at our house. This one lasted 6 full years.It is lightweight and easy to clean. Power and suction handled pet hair without any issues.The hose finally broke today and I’ve already ordered my new Shark. Highly recommend this product!

It's not a bad vacuum, it works for what I use it for. However, hair gets caught on the brush, and needs to be cut out regularly for the vacuum to work well. The suction also isn't as good as most people are saying. It works great on carpets, but that's because it has a brush. On hard floors, the vacuum can barely pick up grains of rice, and doesn't really get anything heavier. You can't really use the brush on hard floors, so I'm always stuck picking up bigger crumbs, or sweeping.Other than those things, the wand works fine, it's easy enough to take apart for clogs. Pretty standard. Still recommendable, just misses on a couple things.
