Sagaform Dressing Shaker with Stopper

I was looking for a simple glass salad dressing shaker with a decent stopper. Unfortunately, when you try to use this to shake the dressing, the stopper has to be held down tightly or it leaks. And there is something weird about the fit - the first time you use it, it seems OK. After that, the stopper gets greasy and literally seems to pop out if you don't keep replacing it and holding it down.

I got this even though it seemed pretty pricey for what it is and other reviews were mixed because there just doesn't seem to be anything better in terms of a simple, attractive, glass dispenser for salad dressing. The stopper in this bottle is not very effective and it is messy every time you pour. Does anyone know of anything better?

I saw this item first on Pinterest, and had to have it! I love to mix up dressings from scratch, but hated throwing out the leftovers because I didn't have a good container that would keep it fresh. I keep simple vinaigrettes in the cupboard for weeks and they don't go bad. Guests are always impressed when I serve salad and put this on the table - adds a touch of homemade elegance and a gourmet touch to the table. LOVE!

This is the 4th one I've ordered, as I like to make dressings. However, this one was different. It appears that the manufacturer, in an effort to cut costs, is doing a thin, cheaper bottle. My others had thick bases like the picture. I would rather have paid more for the same quality as the other three. Cheapening the brand is never a good idea. Will not order again.

This shaker works very well for mixing the oil and vinegar and looks good while doing so.The only issue with it is that the stopper is loose when coated with the dressing.

Beautiful contemporary design for a good price. It's dishwasher safe, and not very fragile. Certainly a wonderful addition to our table!

This is my favorite dressing container yet. I greatly appreciate using glass versus the sloppy big plastic ones. Plus, this looks much nicer on the table. The angle is great for swirling around and it's the perfect size.

use it all the time. just hold your thumb on the top and shake for a great salad dressing.

Nachdem ich bei einem anderen Dressingshaker eine Rezension gelesen hatte, nach welcher sich ein Kunde enttäuscht von Acrylglas-Shaker aufgemacht hatte zu diesem hier von Sagaform, kam ich zu dem gleichen Schluß - und habe ihn flugs gekauft.Keine Reue! Er ist tatsächlich ebenso schön wie von hohem Gebrauchswert. Der Stopfen hält absolut dicht, man kann also temperamentvoll shaken. :)Er hat soviel Platz, dass man auch eine ordentliche Menge Dressing zubereiten kann, das war ein wichtiger Aspekt.Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man zum Reinigen und Abtrocknen ein wenig pfriemeln muss - aber dass ist ein Tribut an die Attraktivität. Und das sieht man dem Teil ja auch schon an, bevor man es kauft.Volle Kaufempfehlung!

The media could not be loaded.  Optisch toll, Zubereitung von Dressings einfach, aber ...Der Stopfen (aus Silikon) hat einen Hohlraum, damit man ihn in die Öffnung drücken kann. Allerdings hat er auch ein Loch in Richtung Innenraum. Während man also das Dressing schüttelt und dabei den Stopfen hält, saugt man Teile des Dressings in den Stopfen. Nun hat man aber keine Chance mehr, dieses dort wieder hinaus zu bekommen. Jedesmal wenn man nun den Stopfen in den Shaker drückt, drückt man auch etwas aus diesem Hohlhraum in das aktuelle Dressing. Entweder vom aktuellen Dressing, vom letzten Dressing oder aber vom Spülwasser. Im Video sieht man das am Beispiel von Soja-Soße und Wasser.Hygienisch geht anders ...

le shaker à vinaigrette est juste joli, mais attention, la photo est un peu trompeuse, le bouchon est beaucoup plus simple, et c'est en verre très fin, un peu peur de le casser en l'utilisant tous les jours. Pour finir, détail important il ne fait qu'une douzaine de centimètre... mais je ne regrette pas, il est vraiment "joli" ;)

Acheté depuis 3 mois, je le trouve très pratique et joli. Je ne regrette pas mon achat malgré le prix.

Was soll man da noch mehr zu schreiben. Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr gut verarbeitetes Produkt, das seinen Zweck erfüllt.
