Bought this product in order to fast track my running speed times for the army fitness test (1.5 miles in 10 minutes 30 seconds) I have now owned the product for about 6 months now and I can properly say this is not for the faint hearted but my gosh it works. As long as you are determined to push forward through the low oxygen lovels you will be fine. I calculated it for me when I first started training, wearing the mask for 1 mile was like not wearing it for 4 or 5 miles while running. It genuily has that dramatic effect on you. Emagine you are on top of mountain with about 50% less oxygen then go for a run. This will make you work harder so when you don't wear the mask you can run longer at pace. You can use it for cycling it too its not just restricted to running.

Left it a while until I reviewed this product so that I had enough evidence to be able to know whether it works or doesn’t, and let me tell you.. it works brilliantly!Firstly, amazing customer service by the seller; I ordered a small and it was too small for my head. I wanted to return it to replace it for a size up and the seller told me to keep the initial product, refunded me the full amount so that I was able to purchase the next size up. Top marks straight away there.And then on to using the product; it took a while to get used to initially as it felt very strenuous and hard when I went on short runs. But this was to be expected due to its job being to restrict the amount of oxygen intake. As your lungs start to get used to the lack of oxygen you start to become accustomed to it and the runs do get a lot easier. I then started to increase the distance I ran and again back to being hard again. This cycle repeated and everytime the runs became easy I either changed the distance I ran, or the valves on the front to restrict more oxygen. I did this for 2 weeks and then I decided to go for my normal long run without the mask and it never felt easier. I didn’t smashed any of my PBs but the whole run just felt a breeze, and I knew I could have pushed myself to run at a much faster pace or ran for double the distance.I’ve only been using this product for a short time but I already know that it works wonders. Fully recommend if you are training for any long distance event, looking to train before any fitness tests or just generally want to increase your lung capacity/general overall cardiovascular endurance. I would give it more than 5 starts but unfortunately 5 is the max so I’ll have to settle with that.Amazing product, 100% satisfied with my purchase!

I try it and it seems to help with my breathing but after a few days then there seems to be a little hole in the Flux Valves so I can't breath properly. It makes the mask pretty much useless after that.

Used the sizing guide but it’s too big! Doesn’t stay over my ears, just folds them over, can’t wear it comfortably

Very happy with purchase does what it says and restricts breathing for more intense workout

Very good to use and have noticed an improvement in my lung capacity and the only downside to this product it’s very tight on your nose

I am loving it. Really ad benefits to my workouts.

J’ai reçu le masque dans un délai remarquable, la notice est en français et elle est très compréhensible.Le produit est de bonne qualité il maintient bien la tête lorsque l’on cours et nous pouvons augmenter la difficulté de respiration en fonction de en notre niveau

Totalement décevant.La taille correspond pas à la morphologie de mon visage. Impossible de respirer dedans sachant que j’en ai déjà acheté 1 dans le passé.J’ai pas pu faire le retour du produit car à l’achat la boîte était collé au packaging. Vraiment décevant.Je recommande pas ce produit.

I needed a training mask for my endurance training immediately so I ordered this fantastic offer. Unfortunately this caused me a huge disappointment as the size didn't fit properly on my face. I used the training mask size guide on trainingmask website before buying this product. I got 4.5 inches so I decided on getting the medium sized mask. It keeps falling down my ears and some air are coming out from the top of my nose to the eyes. This made me very uncomfortable to use this for running and my erg machine exercises.

Voy a valorar esta máscara.Es incómoda, a más no poder. La primera vez que me lo puse fue en el coche para ir al trabajo, me dejó la nariz señalada. Lo he usado dos veces corriendo y no hago ni 3 km sin que tenga la nariz como un tomate y es mi talla. No volvería a comprarla

Ho deciso di prendere questa maschera per provare a superare i miei limiti e devo dire di essere molto soddisfatto. La maschera aderisce bene al viso e i vari livelli della simulazione dell’altitudine sono perfetti. Complimenti bella maschera☺️

Cooles Design und einfach in der Anwendung. Die Filter lassen sich etwas schwerfällig wechseln und nach einigen Minuten des konstanten Tragens, drückt die Maske auf Nasenbein und Ohren. Zum Trainieren trotzdem gut geeignet.

Nickel. Je l utilise pour les séances cardio en extérieur et des entraînements avec des tractions. Livré monté sur 9000 pieds et c est déjà un bon rendu.Cependant, il faut bien serrer piur qu il soit hermétique. Cela peut appuyer fort sur l arrête du nez. Il faut prévoir un pansement pour le confort.

Bien emballé. À une boîte de rangement très pratique. Un bémol : manque d explication pour changer les embouts. Les éléments des embouts sont très difficile à déboîter pour les changer... Il y a une bande à scratch pour laquelle nous n avons pas encore trouvé l explication et l utilisation. Mode d'emploi non traduit en français....
