Great taste and convenient..
I use this flour all the time in our gluten free life if I need to coat something for frying ( chicken, fish, etc). It is seasoned just right so you don't need to add salt. Might be too much for someone who is low-sodium. Also, you would not use this flour for baking..coating only. I haven't tried using it to thicken a gravy but you probably could.

Really good, kinda salty
really good alternative to batter made with wheat but is just a tad bit salty. i would recommend making the batter on the thinner side.

Not terrible but not something I’ll purchase again
I heard excellent things about this from gluten-free people I know. I bought some and I was disappointed although it works pretty well for batters and flouring of food, the flavor of salt is overpowering and makes it almost useless. I finally started mixing it with other unsalted flours and that helped a little bit.

Love that this has been brought back for the gluten free consumers!
The manufacturer told me, that they discontinued this. I saw it in a post on Facebook - I couldn’t order it fast enough! If you are tired of the bland foods - try this! It’s such a great deal for your money!

Finally! A great-tasting gluten free mix!
This makes me soooo happy. Being gluten free means giving up so many wonderful flavors, but fried chicken is BACK!

Great For Chicken and Fish
Great for Gluten Free. My family likes it better than other breading for chicken and fish .
